Ixton lets users browse outfit-related short videos, maintain a public profile, and interact with content. You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the platform.

User Content

• You are responsible for the content you upload, post, or share.
• You must own the rights to your content or have permission to use it.
• You may not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or unsafe material.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining accurate profile information. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.

Community Safety

We may review reports, moderate content, limit reach, or remove material that appears to violate our policies, rights-holder requests, or legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and related materials are owned by Ixton or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the service except as allowed by law.

Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ixton is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, or respond to violations.
